Aww.. Winter is here.. What I remember when thinking about
winter is Dry and patchy Skin which most
of us fail to avoid it during winters. So today I am going to share 3 home
remedies which are most trusted once which will keep away dry skin troubles.
1. Coconut Oil Massage
Coconut oil is helpful in hydrating and protecting skin it
includes vitamin F which helps skin to retain its moisture. It also has
antibacterial properties.

Method : Apply 1 tbsp of Coconut oil and massage your face
thoroughly for 5 minutes, leave it overnight and wash wash your face in
morning.
Coconut oil will absorb your skin and make your skin smooth
and healthy .
2. Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera contains Vitamin A, C & E which are antioxidant, B 12, folic acid and choline. People have
used it for thousands of year for healing and softening of skin
Method : Fresh Aloe Vera Leaf or
Gel extract. Apply on your face and leave it overnight .

3. Olive Oil and Sugar Scrub
Trust me this scrub is very helpful. Moisturizer and exfoliating
scrub using Olive oil and Sugar this
will clean your patchy skin and smooth it as well. This scrub can also be used
to remove dead skin from lips
Method : ½ cup of sugar with 2tbsp of olive oil. Gently rub
the scrub into your skin and wash it off later.
